I need help with my hair; will you provide me with hair style advice?
Yes, using mathematical formulas I’ll identify your face shape and provide you with solutions for hair styles, eye glasses, accessories and make-up. You may use these tools as a jumping off point to discuss your hairstyle needs with your own personal hair stylist or I will refer you to one of my trusted, talented stylists in Austin or Round Rock.
How much money will I need to spend on clothes for a shopping trip with you?
Your clothing budget is entirely up to you. There is no minimum amount required for clients to allocate for purchasing clothes. Regardless of your budget, I will pull a selection of clothing to allow as many choices as possible to meet your needs. As you try on clothes, we’ll determine which garments work best for you. You are under no obligation to buy anything. Fortunately, my clients usually find more great clothes than they can afford so I help them zero in on the pieces that will provide the most value for their dollar.
Where do you shop with clients?
Each client is different so I select stores based on your needs, style preference and budget.
I hate shopping at malls, do you know of smaller stores and boutiques where we can shop?
Yes, I often shop at local boutiques. Just remember that shopping at boutiques might take a little longer to find exactly what you need since boutiques often have less inventory than larger stores. Locally owned boutiques are a good choice for finding unique accessories and garments to complement your basic wardrobe.
I only shop at discount stores like Ross, Marshall’s and TJ Maxx. Will you shop with me at these stores?
I don’t shop at these specific discount stores with clients because it’s very time consuming to find real bargains and it’s not usually the best use of your time with me. I am, however, a dedicated bargain shopper and often find great sales on the items you need. My goal is to get the best value for your shopping dollar on every garment and accessory you purchase.
Do you earn a commission on my clothing purchases?
No, I don’t earn a commission on anything you purchase. It’s important for my clients to know that all my recommendations are completely unbiased and based solely on what is best for them. Many “personal shoppers” working in retail stores are required to meet sales goals each month and therefore have a vested interest in selling something even if it isn’t flattering on you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your appointment please call me directly at 512.809.0809. Cancellations are accepted 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 25% cancellation fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
I’m ready to schedule an appointment. How soon can I get in to see you?
My availability varies so it’s best to plan at least two weeks out. Evening and weekend appointments fill up quickly. There is usually more availability if you can meet with me during a week day. Please call me at 512.809.0809 to schedule your appointment.
When do I pay you?
A 50% payment is due when you schedule the appointment. The balance is due in full at the beginning of the appointment.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
